Broccoli-Potato
Bud Bake
Ingredients:
1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup
2 cups milk
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 cups instant potato
flakes
- Combine soup, cheese, and milk.
- Stir in egg, salt, pepper and potatoe flakes.
- Blend well.
- Bake in 2-quart casserole dish at 400° F for 25-30 minutes.
