This dish is too delicious to be so simple to make.  A must for broccoli lovers!

 

Broccoli-Potato Bud Bake
 

Ingredients:

 

1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup

2 cups milk

1 egg, beaten

 cup shredded cheddar cheese

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

2 cups instant potato flakes

Procedure:

    • Combine soup, cheese,  and milk. 
    • Stir in egg, salt, pepper and potatoe flakes. 
    • Blend well. 
    • Bake in 2-quart casserole dish at 400 F for 25-30 minutes.
