Beef Chili 'n Cheddar Topped Potatoes
medium baking potatoes, baked
1½ pounds ground beef
1 15-ounce can chili hot beans
1½ cups shredder cheddar cheese, divided
¼ cups chopped
- Brown ground beef, drain.
- Stir in chili powder and ½
- Add beans and one cup cheese.
- Cook until heated.
- Cut a slit lengthwise in potatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon beef mixture over potatoes.
- Top with cheese and onion.
