Beef Chili 'n Cheddar Topped Potatoes
 
 

Ingredients:
 
4 medium baking potatoes, baked
1½ pounds ground beef
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 15-ounce can chili hot beans
1½ cups shredder cheddar cheese, divided

¼ cups chopped green onions
 
 
Procedure:

  • Brown ground beef, drain. 
  • Stir in chili powder and ½ teaspoon salt. 
  • Add beans and one cup cheese. 
  • Cook until heated. 
  • Cut a slit lengthwise in potatoes. 
  • Season with salt and pepper. 
  • Spoon beef mixture over potatoes. 
  • Top with cheese and onion.
