Barbecued Mushroom Burgers
Ingredients:
7 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 packages onion soup mix
2 tablespooons dry mustard
Pepper, to taste (salt is in the onion soup mix)
1 tablespoon parsley
1 small can mushrooms, chopped
3-½ pounds
ground beef
Procedure:
- Blend first six ingredients in bowl.
- Add mixture to ground beef, mixing thoroughly.
- Form into patties.
- Chill patties at least one hour.
- Barbecue, turning once, until desired doneness.
