6 strips bacon
3½ cups frozen
baby lima beans
4 cups frozen corn kernals
1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon butter
each salt and pepper
- Cook, drain, and crumble bacon.
- Cook beans and corn as directed on package. Drain.
- Mix together and stir in tomatoes, butter, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle top with bacon.
